JAZZ HANDS

Untraded Jazz players, Milsap, Jefferson, can be seen,
In the EnergySolutions Arena where the seats are Green!
Jazz are known to shoot threes and are big down low,
Steal by KG, score AB, AB, AB--Go Cs Go!

Love these words, early, "Paul Pierce for Three!"
Followed by another shot, then a steal, by AB.
Bass nice spin move, playing some D, with fire,
JET for Three, great (wild!) shot Crawford, the new hire.

Cs went on a 6-0 run,
JET to Wilcox alley-oop, oh what fun.
Cs up 2 to start Q2,
For the lead a 17-2 run the Jazz did do.

Hayward and Carroll switching on the pick and roll,
Jazz bench playing a big part in Cs losing control.
Cs playing zone to stem the tide,
To the hoop, with a dunk, Jeff Green did slide!

Cs went on a 10-2 run,
AB all over the court, getting everything done!
Jazz Carroll and Big Al kept their team alive,
Cs start Q3 down by 5.

So far a tough scoring night for KG,
AB for Three, AB for Three!
Cs went on an 13-2 run,
Lee, PP and AB getting it done.

Paul Pierce, The Truth, Captain P,
Pulled himself together in Q3.
He played D, took a hard charge,
And at the offensive end he played large!

High arcing kiss off the glass for KG,
Love these words, "JET for Three!"
Cs down 5 at the half, but up 8 start Q4,
Hayward for the Jazz, no fear, he can score.

Jazz went on a  13-2 run,
Doc was furious at everyone!
Q4 it's the Jazz bench that brought the fight.
Jazz had more turnovers than the Cs tonight.

Crazy lead changes and ties all through Q4,
Road Trip Game Five, Cs leaving it all on the floor.
Hayward, air ball, nerves of steel has he,
At the other end The Truth missed a three.

Pierce for the lead, after his patented upfake,
Tied again, Burks with the make.
Easy to rhyme:
OVERTIME.

A three, a two, a two--Captain P,
Cs a 7-0 run,  while playing good D.
KG for two, then Burks for two,
Clock violation, that's what Green did do.

Cs are 2-3 on the road, time to go home!
CELTICS WIN by 3, that's the end of this poem.

AND THE WINNER IS...NOT

In the Rose Garden tonight the Cs take on the Blazers,
957 miles from the Oscars' stargazers.
We'll see KG tonight, after last game he played hookie,
As well as Damian Liillard, The Blazers' hot rookie.

KG scored first, using most of the clock,
After PP called for a travel that infuriated Doc.
Fun to watch Bradley going coast to coast,
PP hard to the hoop, fouled in the low post.

So that is how the Cs opened with a 7-0 run,
Didn't last too long, the Blazers then went on one.
Blazers have Batum who doesn't get much mention,
Drew 2nd foul on Pierce (4 minutes), got the Cs' attention.

Doc got a tech, at the ref he was talking,
The ref kind of baited him--turned his back, kept walking.
Batum and Aldridge led the Blazers group,
Lee to Wilcox--alley-oop!

Blazers worked hard! Cs down 6 start Q2,
Cs need to calm down on offense to do what they do.
Doc  went crazy after a wrong out of bounds call,
Then a hard charge was taken by a brave Captain Paul.

Cs moving the ball, but need that extra pass,
Moments of good tough play for Brandon Bass.
Cs got another guy from China--D.J. White,
Needs that letter of clearance, not playing tonight.

Beautiful (critical) words, "Courtney Lee for Three!"
Captain P with assists, and  playing good D.
Blazers' Matthews has been trouble many times for the Cs,
First half tonight no different with all of his threes.

Cs good shots, just missed--down 7 start Q3,
First half as many turnovers as assists we did see.
Captain P For Three, Cs a 7-0 run,
Cs took the lead! AB's steal got it done!

The Truth is everywhere, took the Cs on his back,
To make up for the shots and ball movement they lack.
Tonight we're playing the Blazers, seems the refs, too,
Some calls are ridiculous, nothing Doc can do.

ATO (after time out) Doc called plays for Green,
Because so few baskets and free throws had he seen.
Blazers' Aldridge, Matthews and Batum did score,
Cs down 4 to start Q4.

Crawford and Williams together, they are quite a pair,
They don't know the Cs' system, but there's promise there.
Cs seemed to have a lot of ragged play,
Good D alone won't save the day.

Pierce to KG--alley-oop!!
Glad we kept 'em. Love this Cs group.
KG hard to the hoop, Cs make it a tie,
Lillard free to score, just don't know why.

Under a minute Matthews a step away three,
Cs a little disorganized with their D.
Cs couldn't get their final shots to go,
Blazers by 6--that's the end of this show.

RISING FROM THE ASHES

Suns, US Airways Arena in the Valley of the Sun,
KG's missing this game--for rest--his first one.
Green will start--many fans this will please,
Doc refers to us tonight as "The Mini-Cs."

Home team wearing black, visiting Cs in white,
Crawford and T.Will--lots of new looks tonight.
Green hard to the hoop, got a smack in the head,
Suns have size--Coach Hunter went small instead.

Cs opened with a 13-0 run,
Green, going right at Scola, was having fun.
A Suns' trade yesterday made for a happy mother,
Got Marcus  Morris who joins Markieff, his twin brother.

Cs running off Suns' turnovers, playing like a team,
Lee, Green, AB--all with heads of steam.
Captain P to Wilcox (loves running the court)--alley-oop,
Forgot about J. O'Neal (who dissed his old Cs group).

Suns went on an 8-0 run,
Green For Three! Cs up 8 end Q1.
Mark the moment in Q2: Crawford for Three--
On a pass from T. Will--first points as a C!

Breaking news we heard tonight,
Another 10-day from China--(big) D.J. White.
Q2 Cs' new guys played together, both showed skill,
Running and scoring for Crawford, great passes T. Will.

Cs running hard, JET playing great D,
Excellent defensive rebounding Courtney Lee.
Dragic and Gortat doing well together,
As the Suns do their best the Cs' runs to weather.

Bass played well--Cs up 12 start Q3,
Pinched neck nerve, but back in the game, Captain P.
A 9-0 Suns run,  hard up the floor,
Stopped when AB and Lee (for three) did score.

GREEN, GREEN, GREEN FOR THREE, GREEN,
This is the best version of him we have seen!
T. Will left-handed lay-up, Cs controlling the pace,
Every one of these Celtics lighting up this place!

JET For Three, Cs up 14 start Q4,
T. Will to the hoop, JO fell on the floor.
Crawford dunked, then with his floater showed touch,
T.Will and he will be loved by Cs fans very much.

JO was blocked! Then Crawford for Three!
Wilcox with a dunk! The Morris Twins we did see.
Stellar night for The Green, and for Green Number Eight
Doc encouraged Wilcox and tonight he played great!

Cs by 25, a long overdue fun night,
Maybe Ainge's trade decisions were exactly right!
Suns are not very good, Cs should've won it would seem,
Still it was so much fun to see them play as a Team!

"WHAT'S NEXT?" Josiah "Jed" Bartlet

It is the eve of trading day and the rumors are fierce,
From Fab Melo on the block to the iconic Captain Pierce.
Basketball is a game. To start this rhyme:
Thinking of the Lakers' Buss family at this difficult time.

Kobe spoke to the crowd, they showed Dr. B's empty seat,
All the Lakers believe tonight the Cs they must beat.
Early Q1 Lakers on a 14-3 run,
Lakers steals, Cs turnovers + the refs--no fun!

Dwightmare doing lots right--rebounds, even free throws,
Could he play better than Kobe tonight? Who knows!
KG at the buzzer! Cs down 9 end Q1,
Lakers 10 more free throws--refs getting it done.

Lakers got hot--mostly World Peace (silly name) and Blake,
But KG, Lee , Green, Pierce their shots they did take.
Beautiful words: JET for Three, Pierce for Three,
A lot of Pierce and Bass in Q2 we did see.

Nash must've taken a dip in the Fountain of Youth,
He and World Peace answered most shots made by The Truth.
Cs still down 9 at the end of Q2,
In the second half the Cs have some running to do!

Coaches at the half said Cs must show some fight,
And not allow the Lakers to have their way all night.
Nash great passes, even hard to the hoop,
Involving all the players in his Lakers group.

Lakers went on a 10-0 run,
Lately Q3 not the Q the Cs have won.
Cs struggling at the line (tho not often)--that's strange,
Only thing missing tonight in Captain P's range.

Jamison's hanging around, right time, right place,
Q3 Cs having trouble with the Lakers' pace.
In China he learned to be a pro, back in the NBA a thrill,
He "arrived" end Q3--talking about T. Will.

Kobe called for the "swim move," then a tech on him,
Scal just said pushing a guy off with your arm-a swim!
AB at the buzzer, Cs down 14 start Q4,
Green! Elevation! Jam! After running the floor!

Melo played--show him off, in trade talks still,
Who can pass, play D, needs team practice?--T. Will!
More crazy fouls, Doc yelling--what the heck!
Needless to say he got a tech.

Lakers beating the Cs in the paint with points,
Which each of these teams did in their respective joints.
From mid Q4 Lakers in control--an emotional win.
When it comes to the playoffs think both teams will be in.

Whether or not Ainge our icons to other teams does send,
Sad THIS Lakers-Celtics era may be coming to an end.

ROCKY MOUNTAIN...LOW

Nuggets nearly perfect at home, losses now and then,
Triple OT loss at the Garden, they don't want that again.
T. Williams a C for ten days, he'll bring some D,
Needs to be cleared by China before him we will see.

Through the air at the Pepsi Center it is hard to fly,
Because, in fact, it is a mile high.
Q1 KG and AB--great give and go,
Against the Nuggets the pace isn't slow.

With crafty play, good scoring AB and Lee,
Cs' rebounding presence Bass and KG!
Nuggets go right to the paint for their offense to start,
Of which Gallinari, Lawson, even Koufos, a part.

Andre Miller is the  Nuggets' back-up at the point,
Cs up 1 end Q1--AB lit up this joint.
Early Q2 Nuggets took their first lead,
Because all over the court was Kenneth Faried.

Love these words, "Courtney Lee for Three."
Green to Wilcox, a thing of beauty to see!
Cs went on a 9-0 run,
JET for Three, then Miller got one.

Lead is back and forth, good shooting by the Cs,
Hard to breathe in Denver, nothing at which to sneeze!
Lee at the buzzer! Cs up 1 start Q3,
24 points first half between AB and Lee.

Cs playing two three zone to start Q3,
First score a three, then a two, by Captain P.
It is unusual that it is quiet in this place,
Tonight it's because the Cs dictated the pace.

Nuggets took the lead halfway through Q3,
Back to a tie on free throws from Captain P.
When Javale McGee comes in Nuggets fans boo.
They like lay-ups, not long jump shots he's wont to do.

Nuggets largest lead started on a Gallinari three,
Non-aggressive Cs too many turnovers, not enough offense--or D.
Cs down 8 to start Q4,
AB incredible block, hustled down the floor!

Green for Three! Cs within 1,
The disparity in free throws for the Cs not fun.
Crazy block by Green, playing incredible D,
4 fouls each Pierce, Green, AB and Lee.

Toughest Nugget on the court has to be Faried,
Somehow he's involved in every point of their lead.
Nuggets, at home, continue to be ballin',
For Captain P the shots just weren't fallin'.

Gallinari kneed AB--no foul!--he's on the ground,
Faried hit PP, call against the Cs?? Bad turnaround!
43 seconds left, Doc wanted a time out,
For three long seconds he had to shout!

JET was hit on the arm passing to KG,
Doc going nuts! Refs pretend not to see.
Cs fought hard but the Nuggets by 7 won the game,
The refs messed up, would the end have been the same?

BULLISH ON THE CELTICS

Doc's mindset as this Bulls game starts:
Unconventional use of interchangeable parts.
Funny, in red, to see our old friend Nate,
Q1 Bradley's D on him has been great.

Hamilton fouled AB hard, with a trip,
Uncharacteristic (early 2nd foul) for Rip.
AB and Green pushing the pace down the floor
Just under 4 minutes, Cs doubled the Bulls' score.

Offense coming from AB, Bass and Green,
Offensive foul on Pierce, then on Jeff Green.
Karl Lane is one ref--he disliked us before,
Doesn't stop Jeff Green! Love to watch him score!

Cs up 9 to start Q2,
Lee for three--excited for what he can do.
Butler and Boozer for the Bulls doing well.
Ainge was interviewed--of course, not much to tell.

We have two HOFers, for them he wants success,
So (please!) he'll avoid a Pierce, KG trade mess?
Tough shooting night for our Captain, at last a three,
Still banging around--Joakim Noah and KG.

Bulls went on a 15-3 run,
Pierce took a hard charge--that can't be fun.
Cs couldn't find their offense most of Q2,
JET for three, 20 seconds left: of the Q--first two!

Q2 one of the worst Qs we recently did see,
Cs down 1 to start Q3.
Phantom fouls--4th on Bradley, once again,
Nate Robinson chose to get in his face--then.

Cs hanging around, Bulls have turnovers more,
Both teams working hard but it's ugly on the floor.
Back and forth tie for a while, Bulls an 8-0 run,
Cs season low 8, down 6 Q3's done.

Early Q4 finally KG did score,
Good steal Bass, good spin move, after running the floor.
Great block by Green, Butler lost the grip,
Cs disrupted yet another, another, another Bulls trip.

Number Eight Jeff Green!! Right to the hoop--
Plus JET (for three!)and Bass lit up this group.
Bradley--on Noah!!--played great D.
Ugh, Pierce...wait...The Truth For Three!

5 seconds lapsed--Cs couldn't get the ball in,
Next play Cs milked the clock, KG's shot went in!
Same ref called 6th foul on Bradley,  a margin so thin,
Cs stepped up!! By 2 CELTICS WIN!

THREES

Last year Green, Wilcox, then AB,
This year Rondo, Sullinger, now LB.
They say bad things come in threes....
Never underestimate the heart of the Cs.

BIRTHDAY GIFT FOR MR. JORDAN

3 OT last night, Bobcats tonight, back to back,
Will it be legs and energy the veterans lack?
Michael Kidd-Gilchrist is nineteen--he is a Kidd.
Who won with G. Henderson, Jr.'s Dad? ...Cs did!

Cats have three UConn guys, assuming no one leaves,
Word is UConn started (90's) the Warriors' trend with sleeves.
First scorer of the game is Captain P,
Followed by KG, then jam--Courtney Lee!

Cats' Mullens had a 10-0 run it would seem,
Not against the Cs, but all alone on his team.
Ben Gordon scoring, lots of shots from him.
Barbosa gets great bounces off the rim!

Cs up 2 at the end of Q1,
Rest for Pierce and KG while that was done.
JET to Wilcox--alley-oop? We thought...
But refs said at goaltending Wilcox was caught.

Q2 Cs went on a 9-3 run,
Number Eight Jeff Green--oh what fun!
Barbosa to Wilcox--pick and roll,
In the Cats' defense they are findng the hole!

Good rest--KG and Pierce came in mid Q2.
Cats know Walker can score. What else can he do?
From 7' Mullens,  hard charge taken by Pierce,
Been a while since I mentioned Captain P is fierce!

Cats' Bismack Biyombo has a great name,
Plus strong blocks in the first half of this game.
Cs up 6 to start Q3,
Early scoring from the Cats; The Truth For Three.

Here we go with the refs: phantom fouls on AB,
Because more aggressiveness from the Cats they see.
Cats went on an 11-2 run,
Passive Cs have resorted to one and done.

Half-court ball, less ball movement, featuring Captain P,
Barbosa--hurt knee--carried off the court end Q3.
Wilcox at the buzzer, Cs down 3 start Q4,
JET For Three, Green For Three--Cs finally score!

AB bad pass, Walker steal, AB with a block!
Cs missed some free throws--that's a shock.
KG double double on a tough shooting night,
JET For Three with the rim out of sight!

Tough loss tonight, I am hardly speaking,
Celtics--all heart!--are no longer win streaking.

NUGGETS OF (THE) TRUTH

No All-Stars on the Nuggets, been winning with team play,
Cs have (All-)Stars, some fallen, playing the same way.
Two days off for the Cs, you'd think that would be good,
Doc would have practiced last night if only they could!

Those beautiful words, "Paul Pierce for Three!  For Three!
Lots of running the floor from the Nuggets we'll see.
Cs started out firing, steals and a 12-0 run,
Then the Nuggets had their 9-0 scoring Q1.

Across the middle, wide open, on a Captain P pass,
Score!--Seeing the versatility of Brandon Bass.
It's Bench vs. Bench determining this game tonight,
JET, Green, Barbosa, Wilcox, Lee playing right.

Cs up 10 to start Q2,
Nuggets running like maniacs, that's what they do!
Incredible athleticism, Number Eight Jeff Green,
He can play D, not just a scoring machine!

Halfway through Q2 what did we see?
KG playing, rebounding, "talking"  like...KG!
Finally the thawed out crowd started to cheer,
KG blocked a shot and yelled, "Get that s... outta here!"

There was limping, did something happen to Lee?
(The Truth 3 threes) Cs up 4 to start Q3.
The Truth For Three (4th)!! KG a great block,
Faried threw himself to the ground, foul on Cs, angry Doc.

Pierce tweeted a snow pic, in his jammies, Garanimal?
The only way to rhyme how amazing is "Manimal."
Q3 Captain P to KG--alley-oop,
Less sloppy play than Q2 by the Cs group.

Fun to watch is the ball movement by the Cs,
When they play good D, they can score with ease.
Nuggets' Lawson got hot, hadn't seen him yet,
He was answered by a scoring Barbosa and JET.

Nuggets made a run toward the end of Q3,
A chance to quote Barkley, "Javale McGee!"
Cs up 8 to start Q4,
Tie! More than 2 minutes in, Cs didn't score.

Nuggets flying, Cs were outrebounded but hung tough,
KG, AB, JET (season high) kept running their stuff.
A scary sight on the bench is a struggling Jeff Green,
Nuggets by one, the first lead they've seen.

Tech on Faried, JET for the tie,
Green back in, for two! What a guy!
PP called for a foul (iffy),  Faried for two,
Missed both shots--rumble! Another review....

The call did not go the Celtics' way,
Nuggets' Lawson scored on their final play.
Easy to rhyme:
OVERTIME!

Tough shooting night for KG, but rebounds galore,
As soon as I mentioned it he tied the score!
1:30 left in OT, Nuggets by 3, largest lead,
Because of Lawson, Miller and "Manimal" Faried.

23.8 seconds left, Green for the tie!
SECOND OVERTIME!! Oh, my....
Lawson stutter step, right to the hoop,
Nuggets outrunning our Cs group.

Nuggets' biggest lead, they are up by 4,
1:30 left, Jeff Green first to score!
Then with the Nuggets up by two,
An out of bounds call--another review!

This time the ball went Boston's way,
KG!!! After making so few shots today.
Gallinari came right back, Nuggets by two,
Triple double for Pierce, at the line for two!

First miss for PP, Nuggets scored--up 3,
(Keep rhyming these numbers) THE TRUTH FOR THREE!
THIRD OVERTIME--KG first to score,
Then you know what? He hit one more! Up 4.

Gallinari--Cs by 2,
Guess what? KG for 2!
Gallinari for 3, over KG.
KG hit in the nose after JET for three!

FANS ALL IN,
CELTICS WIN!!

Streaking....

"BUT IT'S STILL THE LAKERS AND THE CELTICS." Doc Rivers

Doc reached 400 Cs wins, makes him number three,
Heinsohn has 427--Red 975 has he.
Is this the end of an era, the Lakers and the Cs?
What a night in The Garden--but Stevie Kerr! Geez!

After Kobe's jawin' Howard is starting tonight,
To celebrate Nash's 39th birthday? That seems right.
At the Lakers' end, Howard's the first to score,
Dr. Kobe's watching! He better perform on the floor.

Q1 five fouls in the first minutes--less than three,
Over the limit--a record? Two on KG.
Love watching Lee and AB playing together,
"Noise" from Stevie Kerr and Marv we have to weather.

Love these words, "Jeff Green for Three!"
Good minutes Wilcox, Collins in for KG.
Q1 there's a shootout on the floor,
Kobe and Pierce! Cs are up by 4.

Better aggressive play from Number Eight Jeff Green,
Q2 giving the Cs the largest lead they've seen.
25,000th  point for KG (I was wrong the other night),
Still teaching the Cs organization the new meaning of "fight."

Doc: "The pace, the pace, the pace, the pace...."
Cs excellent ball movement and better space.
Nash heated up, still has his shot,
But not the explosiveness Jeff Green has got!

JET for three, Wilcox jam, KG assist,
Nothing to do with Rondo being missed.
Cs up 14 to start Q3,
25,000 points, 10,000 boards, 5,000 assists,
1500 blocks, 1500 steals--ONLY KG!

Pierce took a charge, Nash denied by AB,
Good defense on Kobe by Courtney Lee.
Kobe a heating pad on his elbow, sensitive to the touch,
Was he kidding when he said it was from passing too much?

Cs three consecutive turnovers to start Q3,
But no points from them did the Lakers see.
Cs spectacular ball movement, guys all going to the hoop,
Mostly Kobe, a little from Nash, for the Lakers group.

When we watch these Cs games, can't get my fill
Of Cs exploding to the hoop, seemingly at will.
AB with a steal, right back to the rim,
Even the guys on the bench were cheering for him!

Bass, Bradley, JET and Number Eight Jeff Green
In Q3--plus The Truth, The Scoring Machine!
Cs up 26 to start Q4
37 points in Q3 we did score!

KG said Green had to be meaner--he was tonight,
Brought energy and points--he came to fight!
JET with a steal, Cs are having some fun,
Cs a 30 point lead, Kobe (no assists) is done.

Dwight(mare) Howard fouled out of the game,
Kobe can't be angry, at least he came.
Fab Melo's first points, in the D-League he played D!
Good experience for him some minutes to see.

In the Celtics' game a statement was made,
By the fans, to both teams, respect was paid.
Gino came to town, love KG's grin,
What I love even more? The Cs' 21 point win!

THAT'S A RAP-TOR

Bargnani is back, since 12/9, his first game,
With Rudy Gay now, this team's not the same.
Cs without Rondo, the first game on the road,
Hope for the Celtics Ball at home they showed!

"I bleed green, I die green, that's what it is..."
Said KG with a nod to this being a biz.
DeMar DeRozan (great name), a slasher is he,
Well, be careful of OUR slashers--AB and Lee!

Raptors went on a 7-0 run,
Cs went small, down 3 end Q1.
Raptors 10 free throws, the Cs had none,
Til finally early Q2 Courtney Lee got one.

A Pietrus sighting, always a smile on his face,
Thought he'd return to Boston, but happy in this place.
Lowry to DeRozan--alley-oop,
In the crowd, as always, a huge Cs group.

Doc said something--got a tech very quickly,
He wasn't happy Q1--since then he's been prickly.
Rudy Gay and KG are neck and neck in scoring,
Green needs to be aggressive--first half he's been boring.

Cs up 5 at the end of Q2,
Q3 ball slowed down til Bass broke through.
Refs are doing a lot of talking in the middle of the floor,
Looks like they are trying to add to the Raptors' score.

Raptors 13-5 run til AB got started,
Coast to coast (drew the foul) he quickly darted.
Bass playing well,  double figures early Q3,
Love these words, "AB for three!"

Cs rhythm this game has slowed way down,
Partly because the Bench hasn't been around.
Lowry and Gay heated up during Q3,
Cs starters all double figures, 4 fouls on KG.

Another Raptors run, this one's 17-4,
Lazy passes, no speed, Cs down 10 start Q4.
Cs a 7-0 run, mostly Green and JET,
Activity from the Bench, the most we've seen yet.

KG earned his 25,000th plus point,
Guess it'll be announced when he gets to our joint!
Raptors 12 steals, on most of which they did score,
Barbosa, once a Raptor, carried the Cs in Q4!

Finally upfaking the three and heading to the rim,
Our Captain at the line--we've been waiting for him!
With The Bench working hard, clearly Green they bleed,
4 minutes left, the Cs took the lead.

Cs by 5, Gay stripped of the ball,
Lowry good upfake, on Green the call.
11 in Q4, season high game for KG,
No kidding around, he must stay a C!

DeRozan fumbled out of bounds, the Cs were all in,
That's how--by 4--THE CELTICS DID WIN!

STREAKING....

ALL "HEART"

We see a true champion's spirit when the Cs play.
L.A. Clippers have come to Boston today.
No CPaul,  he still has a bruised knee,
So does Billups. Griffin's in, but a sore ankle has he.

Today's match-up is their Bledsoe and our AB,
Two early fouls called--on Bradley and Lee.
Q1 Clippers alley-oop, then...alley-oop, alley-oop,
Halfway thru score and assist all the Cs group.

Collins first off the bench, followed by JET,
Just a few minutes in, his first three he did get!
Love when the team in Green has a Green on their Green,
Cs end Q1 up 3, highest scoring Q we have seen!

A sighting in this game, at 40 is Grant Hill,
Hopefully tire him out Barbosa will.
JET to Wilcox--alley-oop!
10 turnovers 15 minutes for the Clippers group.

Seeing Turiaf, Green and Wilcox warms my "heart,"
In each other's medical lives they have played a huge part.
Flagrant one on Turiaf, grabbed Barbosa, original call,
Changed to a foul--tho hand on his neck, to the ground he did fall!

Clippers more turnovers than points far in to Q2,
Bass leads the Cs in assists--a first--it's true!
Cs moving the ball, great balanced play we have seen,
Cs start Q3 up by 19.

Clippers came out with more aggressive D,
More of Griffin and Butler we are starting to see.
Q3 Clippers went on an 8-0 run,
Captain P huge rebound, a three--what fun!

Fun to watch Brandon Bass come alive,
Good D--as a starter he can thrive!
Q3 KG and AB fouls they have four,
Same for Jordan and Griffin if you're keeping score.

Cs great ball movement, again The Truth for three,
Then a rebound and a long pass, Barbosa he could see!
Jeff Green for three, Barbosa for three!
Clippers' Bledsoe, Butler, Jordan we don't want to see.

At the Q3 buzzer Barbosa did score!
Cs up 15 to start Q4!
Barnes, just suspended, for taking Stiemsma to the ground,
Not called for a flagrant today shoving KG around.

5th foul and a technical called on KG,
Refs calling fouls on both teams--won't just let them be.
Crawford's the league's third leading scorer in Q4,
Only Kobe Bryant and Kevin Durant score more.
