IF WE ONLY HAD...OUR GAME

Wiz in the Gahden, Crawford has something to prove,
To the Cs, for not very much, him they did move.
Cs a 7-0 run, SULLINGER FOR THREE!
Gortat can't handle Bass (whom I'm happy to see).

Bass rebounds, good D, blocks, doing it all,
Crawford beautiful floaters; Green can draw that foul call.
Nene off the bench, he is a big boy.
AB FOR THREE, another Q1 to enjoy!

CRAWFORD FOR THREE (he wasn't supposed to do)!
Cs up 16 to start Q2.
Hump playing well at both ends, has a high IQ
(Perhaps except when it comes to saying "I do?")

Q2 Cs' shots starting not to fall
Because they are settling for the jump ball.
Wiz gaining; Sully took a very hard charge,
Knee to the stomach--doesn't  help that he's large.

Every game I wait for Green to bust out--
Punctuated each time with a very loud shout!
Cs up 7 to start Q3,
Where three early turnovers we did see.

Stevens worries about Q3s--gotta agree with him,
Too many turnovers--even the starters  lose rhythm.
Gortat can't guard him, SULLINGER FOR THREE!
He's trying to turn things around--he is the lone C.

Sullinger seems hurt, from that hard charge he took?
Maybe he's just gassed, he always has that look.
Cs great ball movement, Crawford another assist,
To Hump at that spot where he has hardly missed.

Wiz within 1, Bass great rebounding,
But Cs' tough Q3s are astounding!
Webster for three, Wiz (haven't led) tie the game,
What is it about Q3s that just isn't the same?

Clock running down, solid shot by AB,
Cs up 2 at the end of Q3.
Hump can't get a call! AB lighting it up Q4,
Pressey getting guys involved, Hump can score!

Wiz Seraphin is tough, Wall found his three,
Too much dribbling around by too many a C!
2:14 left, consecutive shots, Wiz's first lead,
Some luck with the three is what the Cs need.

Cs free throw shooting hasn't been great,
Same for D and offense in this game, late.
Two awful turnovers by Crawford, right in a row,
Cs bad 2nd half execution--offense was too slow.

AB FOR THREE! Season high 26 not enough,
Never like losses, but this one was tough.
